Mildred "Mickie" Smith, 64, of Ephrata, died Monday, June 18, 2007.

She had lived in Ephrata for three years.

Survivors include her husband, Albert Smith of Ephrata; and her children, Terry Smith and Tonny Smith, both of California.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Ephrata Baptist Church at 327 E Street S.W. in Ephrata.
