Thomas Pattison, 80, a long-time resident of Wenatchee and a true family man, passed away April 11, 2008, in Wenatchee. He was born June 1, 1927, to Thomas and Maude Pattison of Chelan, WA. Tom attended school in Chelan and graduated from Chelan High School, then enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1945. Upon returning from service, he attended Washington State College. He met the love of his life, Maryanne Patty and they married August 17, 1951, in Chelan. Tom worked at JC Penney, The Chelan Mirror and Chelan Power before moving to Wenatchee at the completion of Rock Island Dam and working for the Chelan County PUD.

He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, bowling, gardening and golfing. Tom especially enjoyed his bowling group and friends from the American Legion, Eagles, Apple Valley Lions Club and Rock Island Golf Club.

He was preceded in death by his sisters, Elizabeth Pattison, Patricia Wells and Ruthell Sachs. Tom is survived by his wife, Maryanne of Wenatchee; two sons, Thomas Jess Pattison of Monitor, WA and Daniel Jay Pattison of East Wenatchee; grandchildren, Jess Aasen, Travis Aasen, Curtis Pattison and Thomas Pattison. A celebration of his life will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 15, 2008, at the First United Methodist Church on the corner of Washington & Miller Streets in Wenatchee.
